LCDR David Francis Callahan Jr.

Sep 23, 1968 -- U.S. Navy LtCdr. David Francis Callahan Jr., died when his VA-106 A-4E Skyhawk (BuNo.152091) lost electrical power and went off the port side of the USS Intrepid on recovery. LCDR Callahan is on panel 43W, line 068 of the Veterans Memorial Wall in Washington D.C.
