Description: Argentine Skyhawk BuNo 148438, C-302, on display at the National Museum of Malvinas. The aircraft honors the Air Force's participation in the war for the Malvinas (Falklands) and bears the name of Alferez G. Isaac. The British ship HMS Avenger is shown on the nose as Argentina believed at the time they had sunk her, but that ship had managed to survive the conflict.
Interesting to note that the instrument panel of this A-4C is from a A-4F, BuNo 155034. That A-4F was purchased by Argentina for parts, and its front panel ended up in this display.
